- Leadership and collaboration

- Strong Product development & Business strategy experience

- Overall user experience and understanding customer needs

- working with cross functional teams for various new product launch.

- A data-driven user-centric approach to product strategy

- Owning and driving key performance indicators

- B2C Consumer experience is required.

- Market analysis (Market Research, Competitor Analysis, Business Plan, Revenue Model, Pricing Strategy)

- Managing a complete business P&L.

- e-commerce experience is must.

- 8 - 13 years of experience from reputed brands and good school pass out.

Candidate from e-Commerce exp is must.
