Job Role

Basic Purpose of the Job: Accountable for Sales and Profitability of Printer business Unit

Job Responsibilities:

- Sets the vision for the business unit and develops a business plan to attain this vision

- Achieves revenue and profitability quotas for Printer business Unit for which the topline target for FY 13 is Rs 200cr.

- Directs the selling activities across the Regions, inclusive of resource deployment and customer interactions. Prioritizes effectively and in accordance with corporate objectives.

- Leads the Sales/marketing Representatives and Specialists, inclusive of managing performance, coaching, mentoring, hiring and career development

- Evaluate market trends and gather competitive information, identify trends that effect current and future growth of sales and profitability.

- Ensure that overall financials are in place for PBU

- Sets and defines processes for sales and regional operations
