Business Head- Fintech Company - 12 - 18 Years Of Experience

Business Planning :

- Complete P&L Responsibility

- Setting up & driving the team to reach Acquisition & Txn targets and goals

- Develop and drive sales & service efficiencies

- Plan, assess & implement monetization avenues

- Put in place processes and metrics for tracking progress to the plan and setup review mechanisms with all stakeholders.

Competitor :

- Lead thinking on developing an edge over competition. Monitor competitive activity in key accounts and ensure appropriate response strategies are formulated and implemented

- Keep a close watch on competition. Share best practices internally

Marketing :

- Plan & implement zonal marketing initiatives to drive brand presence, transaction & business within budgetary allocations

- Drive local PR by creating city specific PR relationships and represent at local events

- Ensure all marketing communications are in line with the business & brand guidelines

Other :

- Contributions in the areas of leadership development, employee engagement, organization development, and capacity building as part of the company's leadership team

- Work with internal stakeholders including Marketing, Product, CS.

Qualification And Experience :

1. MBA with 10+ years of relevant experience in sales/business development in Fintech Industry

2. Fluent communication and ability to manage situations on the ground

3. Should have managed larger teams on ground

4. Focused and possess sales mindset

5. Team Leader with objective approach towards goal setting and monitoring

6. Ability to get things done and influence others

7. Analytical frame of mind & a go getter attitude
