Business Head - Pharma

- Executive Hiring is looking for a Female Talent as Business Head for a Large MNC outfit, based at Mumbai.

- Diversity Talent, with Post Grad in Marketing with 12-15 years of work experience in Pharma, part of the Sr. Leadership Team, managing Commercial across channels ( GT, Pharmacy & Hospital ) is mandatory.

- Provide leadership and guidance to the Sales Team on field deployment, brand promotion, and measurement of productivity and Training.

- Drive strategic business projects on Go-To-Market's (GTM), products & Engagement plan to reach Health Care Professional's (HCP) and the relevant community, while tapping into emerging opportunities.

- Coordinate with demand fulfillment team and the marketing teams to ensure stock availability at various locations.

- Achieving the top line and bottom-line targets as per the all India business growth plan. Collaborate with the marketing team towards converting key field insights into meaningful and impactful marketing interventions.

- Create GTM plans in tandem with the marketing teams looking at business priorities.

- Ensure higher collaboration for smooth running of pharmacy channel.
