Location - Mumbai
Scope - The Business Head for Personal Loans will be responsible for managing the P&L, overseeing portfolio management, and optimizing revenue streams. We are looking for an individual with a passion for entrepreneurship and a strong background in banking or NBFCs
Reporting to Founder
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy for the personal loan division, in line with the company's overall vision and objectives.
- Manage the P&L for the personal loan business, closely monitoring financial performance and implementing strategies to drive growth and profitability.
- Lead portfolio management efforts, ensuring loan quality, effective risk management, and optimizing asset performance.
- Identify and explore new revenue opportunities, leveraging market trends and customer insights to drive product innovation and enhancements.
- Build and nurture strategic partnerships with banks, financial institutions, and other relevant stakeholders to expand distribution channels and reach.
- Lead and motivate a high-performing team, providing guidance, mentoring, and professional development opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including technology, marketing, and operations, to drive seamless execution and achieve business goals.
Skills and Qualifications :
- Proven track record in successfully managing P&L, portfolio management, and revenue optimization in the banking, NBFC, or fintech industry.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building and scaling businesses.
- Strong understanding of lending products and services, with expertise in personal loans highly desirable.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactive and adaptable mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
