Business Head-Personal Care (15-20 yrs)

Reports to MD and Advisory Board

Reported by: Marketing Head, HR Head, Supply Chain Head, Commercial Finance Head,

- Head of Domestic Business with complete P&L responsibility

- Will be responsible to chalk out long term business plan for the client organization and achieve the goals stated in the stipulated time period

- Constantly monitor competition, consumer behavior and market trends through Market Research activities and take appropriate actions based on feedback

- Employ innovation in products and processes in order to achieve competitive advantage.

- Help organization transform itself by bringing in state of the art systems, processes and practices

Compensation: No bar for deserving candidate. On top of that the job incumbent will be rewarded by hefty incentives on accomplishment of the goals stated in the business plan.
