Job Description : Opportunity to head the Payments business for a leading Fintech in India.

Client Details : Our client is a well funded Fintech in North India

Description :

- Head the Payments Business of the company

- Lead multiple functions such as Marketing, Product, Distribution and Alliances for the firm

- Head P&L for the entire payments busines

- Deign business projections and develop operation metrics to measure process efficiency

- Develop operational excellence to meet business vision and goals

- Work with the CEO and board to drive overall business strategy

Profile :

- 12 to 18 years of experience in P&L role in a Payments Ecosystem (with atleast 3-4 years in a Payments Fintech)

- Work experience in a Payment ecosystem is must to have

- Tier 1/2 MBA

- Strong experience of sales and distribution
