Role:

As the Business Head - Payment Tech, you will drive the growth of the payments business, taking full P&L ownership while leading strategic initiatives and fostering innovation. This role requires a visionary leader capable of building high-performing teams, forging strategic partnerships, and positioning the company as a leader in the payments domain.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Define and execute the strategic roadmap for the payment technology business.

2. Manage full P&L responsibilities, driving sustainable profitability and growth.

3. Lead the development of innovative payment products and solutions to enhance customer experience.

4. Build and maintain partnerships with banks, merchants, and other key stakeholders.

5. Expand market reach through targeted strategies and partnerships.

Candidate Requirements:

1. MBA from a Tier 1 institution

2. 15+ years of experience in payments, fintech, or financial services, with deep expertise in the payment technology domain.

3. Proven track record in P&L management, business growth, and product innovation.

4. Experience in high growth fintech/payment tech mandatory
