LOCATION: Bengaluru / Gurgaon
REPORTING: Chief Revenue Officer
TEAM: 100 member team with 3 - 4 Direct Reports
Responsibilities:
The incumbent will be responsible to accelerate the revenue from the particular segment and will be accountable for the profitability of this segment.
Will drive long term strategy for the category.
Will drive Demand Generation as well as Supply and Sourcing of inventory for the segment.
Work closely with the Marketing team to drive Demand Generation by effective use of performance marketing efforts.
Work closely with the Product team to better conversion by providing a seamless experience to the consumer.
Define along with the Product team, the product vision, portfolio and roadmaps (e.g., Re - packaging, positioning statement, problem definition, proposed solutions etc).
Candidate description
A strong business leader in the internet space with a good appreciation of product and technology.
Should have had an exposure to having been nurtured in tech teams of consumer facing, high traffic, content driven products
Strong sense of experimentation and passion for innovative solutions.
Highly motivated and results-driven business leader.
Strong people manager with the ability to manage and motivate a large team.
Ability to perform ROI analysis and identify tactics for constant improvement.
Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to handle multiple-tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Passion for delivering results and driving internal and external customer success.
Strong team player and a self-motivated individual with a high level of initiative and a sense of urgency.
