Business Head- OTC

Mandatory Requirements :

- Candidate having exp. working with Pharma/ Healthcare industry or Products will be added advantage

- Advanced Communication skills.

CTC: 85 Lacs to 1 Cr

Job specifications :

- Must be from Pharma Company

- Strong in strategy designing and execution ; must have done this in his past career

- Sound knowledge of Digital Marketing (including eCommerce)

- Who has a great understanding of Market, Product, Consumer, and Consumer Behaviour

- Should have experience in Online and Offline markets (70%- Online, 30%- Offline)

- Great in Change Management

- Fair understanding of Supplements ; Someone who either used or is aware of the importance of them

- Strong in market analytics (google analytics, etc.,)

- Good leadership skills

- PG with 4-9 years of experience in the same domain

- Compensation would be open to the right candidate

- Who is young and passionate
