Role & Responsibilities:
- Develops and completes an opportunity assessment for current and new locations for growth and competitive landscape across all restaurants; modifies as necessary to ensure departmental goals are reached; oversees the execution of the plan across the company, cross functional groups and franchisors.
- Executes and oversees contract negotiations and purchase agreements for all Quick Service Restaurant operations in accordance with Company policies, procedures, federal, state and local regulations.
- Will be responsible for tie ups with IT and commercial spaces for opening new out lets.
- Analyzing Product Mix, Pricing, Marketing, Standardized system & Process,
- Standardized Menu selection & system.
- Will require to do Mapping & Analysing new locations to be opened
