- As a Business Head you will be accountable for the revenue, profitability, recruitment and growth coming from your respective geography .

- Handling PnL for the region assigned and seek Profitable growth.

- Devising a Go-To-Market strategy, for the given geographies

- Responsible for managing the business and overall Sales, Collections, sales training, Marketing, Customer Service and Operations of the geography

- Handle large teams, high attention to detail and ability to meet established deadlines

- Collecting and submitting market research reports including market intelligence for key competitors monthly

- Responsible for meeting annual sales targets within set territory, manage vertical's P&L & team management.

- Responsible for gathering and acting upon Market Intelligence, ongoing trend and implementing same within the organization
