Business Head - Online Portal
About the Role:
- We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Business Head to lead the online portal division. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in B2B/Enterprise Sales, managing large sales teams, and driving P&L ownership.
- This role requires a strong understanding of sales strategies, go-to-market (GTM) execution, and product pricing, coupled with a strategic mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the online business vertical, driving revenue growth and market expansion.
- Develop and implement GTM strategies to optimize sales and business performance.
- Manage a large sales force, including fleet-on-the-street sales teams, across 3-4 regions
- Take full ownership of P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability management.
- Define and execute strategic pricing models for the online business.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: 10+ years in B2B/Enterprise Sales, with a track record of managing multi-region sales teams.
- Industry Background: Experience in Consumer Tech, Insurance, or SaaS is highly desirable.
- Leadership: Strong ability to lead and scale sales teams across multiple geographies.
- Stakeholder Management: Proven experience in interacting with CHROs/Head-HR will be an added advantage.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to drive business strategy, market positioning, and revenue growth.
- Educational Qualification: Full-time MBA from a premier institute preferred.
- Language Skills: Tamil proficiency preferred.
