Business Head - Online Mobile & Laptop Business

We are Looking for Business Head for online business of Mobile & Laptop.

Job Role :

P&L Ownership : Own and drive the top line and bottom line targets for all product categories for the Ecommerce Business

Business Strategy : Responsible for finalizing and periodically reviewing the business strategy and product roadmap with respect to changing trends in the Online market.

Product Category Management : Managing the range of product portfolio by planning,tracking, execution and control of the entire product life cycle from Product Launch to Obsolescence.

Digital Marketing : Working closely with the Marketing Team to budget, plan, implement and track digital marketing campaigns for driving higher traffic to Online partners .

- Forecasting : Coordinate with Online partners, Product Team and Supply chain team to maintain 13 week forecast for Online exclusive products to ensure smooth supplies.

Key Account Management : Account planning, Closure of TOTs, Relationship Building with key stakeholders, Allocation of Marketing Budgets, structured review process for business planning.

People Management : Providing Leadership and guidance to Ecommerce team, Setting Team Quotas for Qtr plan, performance review and feedback on areas of growth.
