Hiring a "Business Head" for an Online Food Retail Startup in Bangalore.
Role:
- Responsible for Sales, Sourcing, Category Management and drive the P&L.
- Drive sustainable growth, profitability & people capability.
- Leading cross functional teams to grow our supply, demand and growth, while ensuring profitability.
- Responsible for identifying innovative ways to grow faster.
- Build a strong customer centric value proposition, influence cross functional teams to deliver the same - day in day out.
- Develop a strong people capability, training & ecosystem to build tomorrow's business leaders.
Profile:
- MBA from Premiere Institute with 10+ years of experience in Sales - Preferably FMCG / Retail companies.
- Subject matter expert in Sales, people development, process design and implementation
- Experience in daily sales cycle and retention is a big plus
- Experience in capability building, scale teams volume wise is a big plus
- Strong people manager - handled layered teams with more than 200+ people - Experience with team development, performance management and delivering results
- Strong process and data orientation - Ability to think strategically and execute tactically
- Demonstrated ability to influence Board level executives to on-field executives
- Strong business and financial acumen
