WE ARE LOOKING FOR :

- A dynamic and experienced leader who will work closely with the management and leadership team.

- Experience in a senior management position and a Graduate with MBA degree from Tier 1 Institutions, preferably with 15+ years of relevant experience from fast paced working organization with a stint in a large-scale firm

- Have a proven ability to generate new outlooks of the business on the market, for example, through trend forecasting, experiential marketing, and innovation.

- Demonstrate the ability obtain and filter information, identify key issues relevant to the achievement of long-term strategic goals, and commit to the realized course of action for the purpose of accomplishing those goals

- Ability to inspire confidence and create trust and able to work under pressure, plan personal workload effectively and delegate

- Should be able to demonstrate and establish the pathway and road map for growth of the organization

- Ability to build consensus and relationships among executives, partners and the workforce.

LEADERSHIP COMPETENCY MIX :

- Strategic planning and analysis, marketing/market research, competitive intelligence, and corporate business development.

- Overall business acumen and solid financial grounding as well a proven and successful track record of developing and driving New business verticals

- Possess strong financial analysis and modeling skills to perform financial analyses for the purpose of assisting in the exploration of strategic options, the development of creative solutions to complex issues, and for the support of decision-making.

- Prior experience in scaling operations and understanding of Healthcare & B2B e-commerce space is a plus

- Need to be able to hire and manage a high performance team by successfully coordinating staff, resources, and implementing policies effectively, so strong leadership skills are vital to this position

- Will need to be able to identify issues and resolve them quickly and efficiently for the sake of the business

- Ability to make decisions that benefit the organization and work towards goals, strategies, and policies.

- Strong experience in roles where complex multiple process/people are involved

- Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities

- Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills

PURPOSE OF THE JOB :

- Establish effective goals, sales targets and strategies for the Oncology care business for our compnay in India and Global markets

- Grow and develop the team to achieve high market share and performance

- Engage and support the business in numerous fronts in defining and refining business strategies with a specific focus on designing and implementing new strategic approaches, ideas, and processes that will grow the business and avail measurable results.

- In this capacity, put in place performance measures that will determine the effectiveness of implemented strategies and identify areas for strategic improvement.

- Analyze financial statements and audit summaries to oversee the organization's financial and budgetary activities, so that they can make recommendations for improvement and see where the company is failing and succeeding in terms of revenue.

- Negotiate with suppliers and clients to determine the best deal for the company. They manage sales and work out the best way to market the organization's goods or services to new clients.

- Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients to encourage good business relations and networking for future contract opportunities.

- Drives awareness and insightful analyses of the market and transaction trends as well as identifies and explores any adjacencies to the business to ascertain risks and opportunities.

- In this capacity, plays an analytical role to define potential business models to realize profitability opportunities and also to avail insightful qualitative analyses.

- Collaborate across the organization with top leadership, aiding in individualized strategy formulation for different projects and initiatives.
