Business Head - Ocean Freight

Job Title - Business Head (Ocean Freight) / Mumbai

The candidate will be responsible for winning new business and taking care of complete P&L Responsibility for Maharashtra, Goa & MP

- Should have min 10 years Ocean Freight experience, out of which, 5 years should be in active sales

- Should be well versed with nuances of Ocean Freight business.

- Should have own customer base and wide reach in the Ocean freight market developing long term relations with customers to create a sustainable, profitable, consistent relationship.

He/ She will ensure that company meets its business objectives by gaining new customers, driving customer growth, retaining existing customers and working towards continuous value addition to their customers

- Developing the Ocean Freight Product

- Budgets preparations, sales plan and execution of management sales strategies.
