Job Title : Business Head - NSOP Operations and Sales


Locaon : Chennai


Posion Overview :


The Business Head for NSOP Operaons and Sales will be responsible for strategizing, managing, and opmizing all aspects of the NSOP operaons and sales units within our organizaon. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of at least 15 years in the private aviation industry, specifically in managing charter flights. This role requires a dynamic individual with exceponal leadership and operaonal experse to drive business growth, enhance customer sasfacon, and ensure regulatory compliance.


Key Responsibilies :


1. Strategic Leadership:


- Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies to drive sales growth and operaonal efficiency within NSOP.


- Idenfy new market opportunies and innovate service offerings to enhance compeve advantage.


2. Operaonal Management:


- Oversee the daily operaons of the NSOP, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.


- Implement best pracces in flight scheduling, crew management, and maintenance to opmize service delivery.


3. Sales and Markeng:


- Lead the sales team in developing and execung effecve sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.


- Culvate relaonships with exisng clients and idenfy new business opportunies through networking, industry events, and partnerships.


- Conduct market analysis to stay abreast of industry trends and competor acvies.


4. Financial Oversight:


- Prepare and manage budgets for operaons and sales, ensuring profitability and efficient resource allocaon.


- Analyze financial performance metrics and report findings to senior management, recommending correcve acons as needed.


5. Team Development:


- Build and lead a high-performing team; mentor, train, and develop staff to achieve their fullest potenal.


- Foster a culture of excellence, collaboraon, and innovaon within the NSOP division.


6. Client Relaons:


- Ensure exceponal customer service experiences, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.


- Gather client feedback and implement improvements based on insights for enhanced service delivery.


7. Regulatory Compliance:


- Stay updated on industry regulaons and ensure all flights and operaons are compliant with the necessary authories.


- Liaise with regulatory bodies and maintain all necessary cerficaons.


Qualificaons:


- Bachelor's degree in Business Administraon, Aviaon Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.


- Minimum of 15 years of experience in the private aviaon sector, focusing on charter flight operaons and sales.


- Strong understanding of NSOP regulaons and compliance requirements.


- Proven track record in developing and execung operaonal and sales strategies that drive growth in a compeve market.


- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communicaon skills.


- Strong analycal and problem-solving abilies; capable of making data-driven decisions.


- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing industry trends.
