Minimum Qualification : Masters / Bachelors in Brand/Mass Communications

- New Business Development Head will be responsible to have a broad and comprehensive

- Knowledge of all matters related to the business of the organization with an eye towards identifying

- New sales prospects and driving business growth.

- Required to focus on the development and growth of the business through building relationships in the industry, identifying opportunities, and completing business deals. She / He is expected to combine strategic thinking and sharp executions coupled with relentless ambition and energy, which will enable the business to reach targets, goals, and attain objectives.

- Profit and Loss (P & L) responsibility is one of the most important responsibilities of Business Head position at CS Direkt. Having P & L responsibility involves monitoring the net income after expenses for the respective business unit, with direct influence on how organization resources are allocated.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

STRATEGY, COLLABORATION & ANALYTICS :

Strategy: She/ he is tasked with a leading strategic role where she/ he executes outreach Strategies by prospecting new businesses to utilize all available channels. Is responsible for the establishment of strategic frameworks for capitalizing on identified opportunities across the business and approaching new prospects.

Collaboration : The role of New Business Development Head is also a highly collaborative position where she/he works closely with all key members of the business development team and various cross functional teams within the organization.

Analytics : New Business Development Head at CS Direkt will also play an analytical role where she/he will lead the gathering of relevant statistical information across the business, conducting analyses, and the drafting of reports regarding the overall performance of activities undertaken by the business development team.

BUSINESS OWNERSHIP & CLIENT MANAGEMENT :

- Business Head with P & L responsibility must have complete ownership of the business units successes and failures. This includes identification of new business opportunity with aim of gaining wider work exposure in the identified areas in industry and consider their impact on their Business division and on overall organization.

- Is responsibilities to run all aspects of selling, relationship development and brand awareness to grow revenue. This includes defining and implementing sales strategy by having thorough knowledge of the market.

- Essentially required to ensure the successful delivery of the business's outcomes through the strategic development of business plans.

- Business Head must build strong client relationships at the decision makers level. On closure of sales pitch, business head will be responsible to share details with client servicing head for closure of event execution.
