Role Overview:

The Business Head will drive revenue growth, business expansion, risk management, and operational efficiency for the NBFC. This role requires expertise in financial structuring, lending models, and regulatory frameworks to ensure profitability and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Business Strategy & Growth Expand the lending portfolio, develop financial products, and establish strategic partnerships.

- Revenue & Financial Planning Optimize revenue streams, pricing strategies, and funding sources.

- Risk & Compliance Ensure adherence to RBI regulations, credit assessment, and risk management policies.

- Operational Excellence Enhance loan disbursal, collections, and credit assessment through digital transformation.

- Leadership & Team Management Build and mentor a high-performing commercial team.

- Product Innovation & Client Solutions Develop innovative financial solutions tailored to client needs.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Education: MBA (Finance/Strategy), CA, CFA, or equivalent.

- Experience: 10+ years in business strategy, financial leadership, or commercial roles in NBFCs, banks, or fintech.

- Expertise: Lending products, credit underwriting, financial structuring, and regulatory compliance.

- Skills: Strong business development, negotiation, stakeholder management, and data-driven decision-making.
