Business Head - NBFC

- Represents Business Risk Management in the following committees

- Ensure plans are developed, implemented and monitored in conjunction with relevant cross functional teams and aligned with the Global brand strategy

- Accountable for delivering local Commercial P&L goals and other performance objectives & financial KPIs

- In collaboration with the General Manager, Human Resources and all other relevant functional teams to set annual sales targets, annual incentives, and reviewing progress vs Lead Global Enterprise transformation projects across Capital markets (Trading & Banking)

- Ensure plans are developed, implemented and monitored in conjunction with relevant cross functional teams and aligned with the Global brand strategies

- Supervise 4+ Talent Partners/Extreme Reach employees to generate and manage talent budgets and client estimates, process and interpret scale and over-scale talent contracts and process talent payments
