- Head the Movies Business of the company

- Lead multiple functions such as Marketing, Product, Distribution and Alliances for the firm

- Head P&L for the entire movies business

- Deign business projections and develop operation metrics to measure process efficiency

- Develop operational excellence to meet business vision and goals

- Work with the top leadership to drive overall business strategy

Profile :

- Experience in managing movies/similar business in an E-Commerce (Tech company)

- Experience of managing large P&Ls

- Strong Analytical skills
