Job description:

1. Responsible for Business Strategy Planning & Analysis for assessment of revenue potential & opportunities so as to tap new business sources to achieve planned targets.

2. Organization layout for organization to develop sales and business development team to achieve sales target.

3. Vendor management, interaction with Vendor account managers to plan monthly sales objectives, funnel management and order fulfillment activities

4. Leading a team by developing and monitoring progress on quarterly/ monthly goals

5. Control expenses and implement cost effective systems

6. Design and implement projects to enhance sales & distribution

Qualification: MBA

Experience: 10 to 14 years
