- Establish and manage the organization's Micro Loan Against Property (LAP) business.

- Creating a team, selecting target markets, signing up suppliers, and promoting the company's other items.

- Development of businesses.

- Outlining and carrying out the organizational plan for LAP.

- Building teams and managing labor.

- Cooperating with support departments to provide the best possible TAT and service.

- Ensuring superior quality for the portfolio.

- Reporting and compliance for businesses.

- Overseeing both internal and external audits.
