- Prior experience in small ticket LAP (Micro / Affordable Housing / LAP)

- Experience in managing multiple teams - sales, product, digital, with an oversight on credit & collections

- Excellent understanding of business operations, P&L management and risk management practices.

- Strong leadership, decision-making, and analytical thinking abilities.

- Proven track record of achieving business growth through effective relationship building in the industry.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrable ability to manage and lead teams effectively
