About the Client (European MNC - Medical Devices)
Objective of the role:
- Collaborate with CEO in setting and driving organizational vision, operations strategy.
- Translate strategy into actionable steps for growth, implementing organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operations planning.
- Oversee company's overall operations, including finance, IT, legal and HR and employee productivity, building a highly inclusive culture that ensures team members can thrive and that organizational goals are met.
- Ensure effective recruiting, onboarding, professional development, performance management, and retention.
- Ensure compliance with national and local business regulations and take appropriate action when necessary.
Job & Responsibilities:
- Oversee operations, HR, and accounting, and partner with CEO in sales management so that sufficient investment capital can be budgeted for near-term growth targets.
- Build and maintain trusting relationships with key stakeholders, clients & partners.
- Overseeing financial data and recommending solutions to improve profitability.
- Creating strategies and policies for company growth.
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales & marketing strategies to enhance brand positioning, engage key opinion leaders, and promote products effectively.
- Closely monitoring budgeting, forecasting, and expense management. Maintain and manage the Profit & Loss (P&L) sheet for the business unit & Ensure adherence to budgetary constraints while maximizing revenue opportunities.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential challenges in the competitive environment.

- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Good to have a candidate with prior consulting (transaction service) experience.
- Prior experience working with international companies is a must.
