Job Description - The Business Head - Andhra Pradesh will report to Director. His / Her prime responsibilities will be Formulate and recommend sales strategy for organic business and incremental business (smart sell); plan for monetization of Response business;
- Enhance brand awareness, co-create unique solutions for clients, build internal relationships and discuss and decide with internal functions on operational / process issues related to client, develop a competent and engaged sales team;
- Drive strategy execution through periodic sales reviews with the objective of meeting the annual sales targets, enhance profitability and ensuring sustained year-on-year revenue growth for Hyderabad, maximizing market share, build new opportunities, maximize team delivery.
- Analyze information on economic situation, clients, competitors and market trends, develop strategies for the growth of organic business, brainstorm ideas with team members, review new initiatives from product conceptualization to launch, advertising solutions (beyond print) at branch-level, incremental business and monetization of the Brand Capital business
The Successful Candidate - MBA from tier 1 B school
- 15 years of Commercial /Sales Exposure is must
- FMCG / Telecom/ Retail/ Insurance are preferred sector
