Business Head - Marketing Agency General Responsibilities: - Ability to run large and complex Sales/ Ops. Process/Delivery team and micromanagement of these teams to achieve highest efficiency. - Take up end to end P&L Responsibility of the business - Work with the Sales Team / Marketing Team for contribution to revenue generation. - Work with the Delivery / Integrated Growth solutions team to enhance user experience. - Manage multifunctional teams Like ops / sales / SD / process etc. Functional Responsibilities: - Leading and owning new business development and targets for MoM and QoQ basis - Translate Business objectives and targets into quarterly and annual plans with senior leadership; identify particular sectors, type of work and a plan for targeting the desired client list - Attains P&L targets through a combination of existing business contributions and new business development - Lead and mentor the team to Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns - Implement and manage the sales process including lead generation, pipeline, CRM, and key reports - Set targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) aligned with business development strategies - Help create visionary brand strategy: Develop and execute a differentiated Brand strategy that mirrors Desginboxed's ambition be preferred partner for accelerating their overall business growth - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals, challenges, and market dynamics.
