Business Head - Manufacturing/Chemical Industry

Business Head - for a 1000 cr business

- This is for a client of us, a large player in the process industry. We are looking for someone who comes in with a wealth of expertise in strategy, business management, operations and finance, who would be keen to take a larger role, later. Someone with a CA or MBA with a wealth of business management experience, in the processes or related industry will fit well.

- Role will report to the MD of the company, and the board of Directors, sooner than later.

- Those who have hopped frequently may excuse. Something like 4 or 5 roles max in the 20+ yrs experience would be ideal.

The position will handle the entire gamut of operations, supply chain, sales and marketing, and strategic business development, and will report to the CEO and MD of the company.

The role might succeed the incumbent CEO at a later date, depending on how things work. COO, CTO, CBO, etc will report in to this role.
