Business Head (Recruitment Delivery Manager)
- You will be responsible for team direction and leadership including hiring, stakeholder management, operational efficiency and strategic direction, issue resolution and the implementation of the overall account strategy to ensure the team is performing at the levels expected by each client and as defined in the service level agreements of each engagement.
- You will be responsible for driving best practice and strive to be an ambassador for the Co's brand at every interaction.
Key Responsibility:
- Being accountable for daily/weekly/monthly goals and expectations including client specific SLAs and compliance with process
- Identifying opportunities for solution growth across practice streams
- Acting as escalation point for issues that arise and identifying the optimum solution for both parties
- Supporting the Recruitment Sourcing Manager and Admin Manager with workload allocation, including volume forecasting, headcount planning and leave management,
- Delivering effective performance optimisation of all team members, ensuring all KPIs are set and appropriate, development plans are devised and mentoring is provided as required,
- Recruiting and Inducting new staff as required, ensuring effective training and onboarding processes minimize disruption to the client and improve time to productivity
- Assessing Recruitment Sourcing Managers and Recruitment Administrative Managers on performance ratings, financial incentives and development requirements.
- Heading and handling a team of recruiters and Account Managers, and be responsible for their output delivery and act as one point contact between the onsite and the offshore, to ensure smooth flow and functioning- Counselling, handling grievances, ensuring discipline, helping and enabling the team with their challenges
- Diligently checking the Dashboard and ensuring 100 % coverage with quality submittals on all requirement flow
- Allocating resource/Shuffling recruiters to balance bandwidth challenges
- Monitor the sales and recruiting team, and ensure that their monthly targets are met, suggest and implement strategies
- Planning human resource requirements in consultation with heads of different functional & operational areas, preparing requirement of knowledge, skill & attitude for each position & conducting selection process.
- You will proactively partner with the HR teams and key client stakeholders to understand their recruitment forecast and to create effective sourcing strategies to meet this demand.
- Work with Account Director, Senior Business Stakeholders and HR to understand recruitment demand and provide strategic updates on the progress
- Support Client with building relevant recruitment strategies that support the functions overall headcount requirements
- Support Client with providing market intel/insights to drive out to market approaches
- Conduct recruitment related meetings as needed
- Manage Escalations through to resolution
- Monitor all workflow processes and ensure they are enhanced where applicable
- Ensure the compliance and governance of the contract and SLA's are delivered and maintained
- Manage and work towards key stakeholder maps whilst driving continuous improvement of delivery, relationships and innovation where relevant.
Qualification & Experience:
1. Minimum 15 Plus Years of Experience in Recruitment Delivery & thorough understanding of end-to-end recruitment process,
2. Experience conducting performance reviews and driving performance improvement across process management, SLA compliance, and personal conduct
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills
4. Ability to interact with people at all levels of an organization and to develop strong client relationships. Able to interpret data from a variety of internal and external source and predict trends
5. Experience working with off-shore client servicing would be preferred.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Google with strong oral and written communication skills along with strong presentation skills
7. Can work effectively and collaboratively in a team environment
