Role / Position: Business Head / Business Manager

Location: Bandra - Mumbai

Reporting : MD

Functional Experience & understanding:

- P&L Management (insights, course correction, reviews, budgets & forecasting AOP etc)

- Strategic planning

- Project management (new store openings)

- Operations Management (Business Development, process excellence & implementation)

- Cost & efficiencies

- Retail Management

- New business vertical / new category development plan & execution. Expansion strategy

- Strong business, technical & number bend

- Apart from the above, this role plays strong alignment with different business functions & functional heads. Above all is achieved and driven through seasoned HOD's & strong support functions

- There are other personality & leadership traits expected from the candidate along with relevant exposure

- Must have experience of working in similar space like a design house or International brand

- International work experience will be an addon

- Studied overseas, International Degree is a plus (international experience is a must)

- Dynamic personality

- In-depth business understanding & aptitude

- Should be able to play a role of a leader and mentor at various stages

- Agile and keen to learn and adapt

- Someone who understands luxury, global fashion market

- Personal lifestyle & conduct, demeanour must reflect luxury

- Must be able to drive and lead the team
