Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets for our luxury real estate division.
- Oversee the design project planning process, ensuring the timely and efficient execution of high-end residential and commercial projects.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and interior designers to create innovative and captivating designs that meet the expectations of luxury clientele.
- Lead business development efforts by identifying new market opportunities, cultivating relationships with high-net-worth clients, and securing lucrative contracts.
- Manage the construction process, coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure quality, adherence to timelines, and cost-effectiveness.
- Conduct regular financial analysis and forecasting to track project budgets, profitability, and overall division performance.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in luxury real estate, design, and construction, incorporating innovative strategies into project planning and execution.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team, providing leadership, mentorship, and guidance to drive professional growth and project success.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, industry associations, and regulatory bodies, to ensure compliance and enhance the company's reputation.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting project milestones, financial performance, and business development opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
- Proven experience (15+ years) in a leadership role within the luxury real estate industry, with a focus on design project planning, business development, and construction management.
- Strong understanding of luxury market trends, customer preferences, and industry dynamics.
- Solid knowledge of design principles, construction methodologies, and regulatory requirements related to luxury real estate projects.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering high-end residential and commercial projects, meeting quality standards, timelines, and budgetary constraints.
- Excellent business acumen, with the ability to identify new market opportunities, negotiate contracts, and drive revenue growth.
- Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Exceptional leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients, project teams, and stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure, make informed decisions, and adapt to changing project requirements.
