We are seeking a dynamic Business Head to lead sales and business development initiatives across India, Nepal, Bhutan, and Bangladesh for a Logistics Company. This pivotal role involves spearheading the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets, enhancing customer relationships, and ensuring service excellence across diverse industrial sectors
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategically lead sales and business development across all verticals, including FTL & PTL transportation and multimodal express cargo within the SAARC region.
- Collaborate with group companies to create and implement cohesive business strategies, encompassing 3PL, supply chain solutions, and railway logistics.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to design and execute a strategic business plan that not only broadens the customer base but also solidifies our presence in the market.
- Foster and maintain robust, enduring customer relationships through strategic partnerships and a deep understanding of their business needs.
- Manage and analyze sales performances for a team of over 200 sales professionals across the region.
- Oversee the entire business acquisition cycle, from initial engagement and service delivery to payment collection.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery, launch new products, and integrate cutting-edge technological advancements to drive rapid business growth.
- Drive new business opportunities while effectively managing and expanding existing accounts.
- Support the growth of national and regional key accounts to meet and exceed revenue targets
