Key Responsibilities: -
- Looking for senior professionals with substantial experience and proven track record in scaling up LAP business.
- As BH, the responsibility will be scale up the current book size and expand the business in tier 2 and tier 3 cities.
- The person will be responsible for setting up systems & processes for sales targets & delivery, recruitment & retention, manpower allocation as per relevant norms, training & development of team, capability building of field force.
- Proper compliance & adherence to policy.
- Manage key accounts and critical clients.
- Effective Management of Outsourced Staff & Other Agencies (Legal, Technical, FI Agency, RCU and Operations).
- Maintaining turnaround time (TAT).
- Create working plan for volume scale up with profitability for meeting defined targets.
- Conduct trend analysis, benchmarking competitors, identify best practices with success & failure metrics.
- Seek inputs from across various functions for ideas on transactional & transformational changes and check feasibility & alignment to create future road maps.
- Demonstrate sound knowledge of systems, processes, and business and financial modelling.
- Develop and enhance channel sales & support functions - DSA/Connectors/Direct Business/ Contact Centres.
- Develop & implement overall collections framework.
- Preparing a detailed input for P&L and budgets. Business, branch & employee level profitability.
- Closely associate with all support groups.
- Operation to seek support in driving branch business & processes.
- Participate in recruitment process to identify the right talent for various positions within the business
- Establish team performance metrics and expectations and regularly review performance
- Identify training needs provide skill based training to enhance capabilities of team
