We are urgently looking for a :

Business Head Fintech Start up

Business Head | Lending Vertical ( E_Commerce, will be responsible for sourcing, underwriting and originating, lending opportunities within the market, as well as monitoring individual loan performance and strengthening the pipeline for future opportunities.

KRA :

- Create strategy and manage a team.

- Complete hold of Business Development activities

- Designing, creating and owning the P&L for lending as a separate vertical

- Maintaining high level of knowledge on current / evolving industry trends and monitoring primary and secondary credit market activity & making presentations on a periodic basis, providing updates on current state of industry, company comparisons, valuations, trends, etc. to the Investment Committee

Salary Close to 8 figures

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Management graduate from top B school with 10-14 years of work experience

- Strong analytical and creative problem solving skills

- Strong lending background in MFI & great understanding of credit/lending/risks in Micro Finance Institution

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills

- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build sustainable relationships, Strong business
