Business Head - Lending - FinTech

I am currently hiring for Business Head - Lending this Opportunity is with a Leading Fintech Company :

Role : Business Head - Lending

Location: Bangalore

Roles & Responsibilities:

Candidate will be responsible for

- Building the lending business from ground up for Unsecured and Secured business.

- Setting the vision and strategy for the credit and risk function working in collaboration with senior leadership team.

- Responsible for P& L with all responsibilities of sales, credit, risk and product.

- Launch scalable products using alternative data and scorecard underwriting

- Leading the overall business strategy for Lending along with P&L

- Creation of the risk and underwriting policies, infrastructure, development and implementation of underwriting models, risk decision strategies.

- Analyzing and interpreting the impact of credit and risk strategies while working under broader corporate goals

- Management of full-life-cycle and straddle credit-and non-credit functions (initially)

Candidate Requirements:

- Rich experience in managing and driving Lending function encompassing predominantly experience in Lending with Banks, NBFC's or Fin Tech Companies

- Deep knowledge and experience of building Lending business both unsecured and secured context

- Experience in validating and implementing risk models and strategies

- Exposure to analytics would be an added advantage
