Business Head - Leasing - Banking/NBFC

We have an opening with the portfolio company of a private equity firm. They are the one of the largest companies in the waste water treatment, recycling, re-use and desalination systems to industries. Their product offerings range across Reverse Osmosis (RO), Ultra Filtration (UF), Nano Filtration (NF), Zero Liquid Discharge Solutions (ZLD), Produced Water Solutions, Membrane Distillation, Membrane Bio-reactors, and Anaerobic Digesters.

The company is looking to set up a new company which will be majority owned by the private investment arm of the Danish government .This Company will be providing leasing and financing solutions for waste water solutions.

The opening is for a Business Head - Leasing business. His role will involve

- Approving lease proposals and oversee portfolio performance

- Evolve a credit assessment

- Create and get board approvals for the framework within which decisions will be made

- Develop and implement systems to monitor portfolio performance

- Undertake corrective measures in case of asset underperformance

- Responsible for the P&L of the business

We are looking for a candidate with 15 plus years of experience and expertise in P&L management, experience in banking or NBFC from a premier institute.
