Brief JD:

- Develop corporate business development strategy – short term and long term

- Drive P&L, Profitability for different Business verticals within the CBS and ensure growth targets in terms of revenue and acquisition.

- Lead a team to design, development and deliver world class learning / training and people development solutions to Corporate Houses

- Interact with and influence decision makers in big and large Corporate Houses.

- Develop a strong and dependent team with passion, commitment and loyal delivering results consistently.
