Business Head - Knitwear/Clothing

Business Head (for a 100 % sustainable clothing company)






The ideal candidate for this role will have experience:

- Build business strategies and plans for a Yet to launch Global Brand for Knitwear

- Overseeing all operations and business activities

- Lead and manage business in Europe and US

- Working in a small, fast growing organization in the Fashion/Apparel space

- Unafraid to carry a P&L responsibility which will include growing the business i.e. selling

- Creates revenue roadmaps along with Core Team members in accordance with growth aspirations

- Breaks down revenue goals to actionable targets across sales and marketing units

- With the Fashion/Apparel industry, including best practices in hiring, engaging people, building a customer base, identifying ways to improve quality of service to customers as well as employee experiences

- Leading a team of smart, qualified professionals

- Recruiting and growing a team of sellers/account managers, recruiters, resource managers, operations managers and more
