Key Responsibilities:
Key Account Management:
- Develop and nurture relationships with key accounts in the HORECA, QSR, Airline, Entertainment venues, healthcare sectors, etc.
- Implement strategies to maximize sales and market share within assigned key accounts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing initiatives.
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Key Accounts.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Propose and implement innovative strategies to expand the brand's presence in the market.
Sales Strategy:
- Formulate and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and volume targets.
- Analyse sales data and market trends to optimize pricing and promotional strategies.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
Contract Negotiation:
- Lead negotiations for key account contracts, ensuring favourable terms for both parties.
- Work closely with legal and finance teams to finalize agreements in a timely manner.
Marketing Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns that resonate with the Key Accounts audience.
- Provide insights on market trends and customer preferences to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery to key accounts.
- Coordinate with the product development team to introduce new products or Flavors based on market demand.
Financial Management:
- Develop and manage the budget for the Key Accounts department, ensuring costeffectiveness and alignment with overall business objectives.
- Monitor and analyse financial performance against targets, implementing corrective actions when necessary
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus with a minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience in key account management, business development, and sales within the Key Accounts, HORECA, QSR, Airline, Entertainment venues, healthcare sectors, etc within the FMCG industry, with a focus on beverages or packaged Fruit juice preferred.
- Strong understanding of the food and beverage industry, particularly in the packed fruit juice segment.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyse market data and drive business growth.
- Leadership experience with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
- Results-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
