Key Result Area:
- Manage, Maintain and deepen Key client relationships, ensure highest level of client satisfaction.
- Understand and service client's requirements, be the face of the company to the Top-notch corporate.
- Maintain proper communication and coordination with internal teams and clients to manage accounts.
- Prepare weekly MIS for client and internal management.
- Based on regular data analysis, work out new strategies to reach out to clients and ensure best results.
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key clients need and requirements.
- Take complete responsibilities for building and driving engagement with assigned clients/key accounts while ensuring retention and client satisfaction. Take complete ownership of resolving client's queries and handling escalations.
