Our client is focused on IT staffing in the following three segments and are looking at a Business head with expertise in this

1) Cloud

2) Digital

3) Data Analytics

-15 years experience with strong expertise of the IT Staffing

- Will handle India sales through regional heads.

- Ensure revenue growth, addition of new logos, engage with C level executives.

- Must have managed large accounts across multiple regions in India.

- Responsible for new business development

- Identify areas and opportunities within the accounts

- Responsible for managing the Annual Operating plan for the business unit

- Expertise in staffing segment specifically in IT staffing.

- Proven track record of consistent revenue and margin growth in large business unit with multiple regions.

- Motivate sales and recruiting functions to jointly deliver and exceed headcount, revenue and margin targets.

- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and presentation skills
