Summary of Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for Top line and Bottom line management in the area of Channels/ Cash Management / Transaction Banking. Should run these as a business line with complete P&L responsibility.

- Develops and signs off a short term (1 year) and long term (3 year) strategy and road map for achieving growth in the respective products.

- Responsible for business generation in the respective products & deliver on agreed annual revenue targets as per the Company Business Plan.

- Be accountable for and lead all new RFPs/proposal submissions and ensuring getting the right team in place for increasing the probability of a win

- Lead business opportunities and build a compelling and winning proposal - ensure that all proposal submissions are of best-in-class quality

- Work on a healthy pipeline of opportunities and deals with high confidence.

- Develop business cases and deal structures & lead key negotiations in line create profitable, long term partnerships

- Recommend & implement marketing strategies and campaigns to create ‘pull’ in chosen markets, with a focus on ROI & optimization from existing & new businesses.

- Build effective relationships with customers and relevant organizations such as analysts, System Integrators, Consulting firms etc

- Endure deals won are delivered as per efforts estimated and on time with quality.

- Ensure customer satisfaction of greater than 4 out of 5.

- Ensure the leadership structure is appropriate for forward growth

- Ensure the products are architected and designed as per best practices in the industry.
