- The role will fully own all aspects of P&L of the Concierto BU including revenue growth, business development, operational excellence, technology, finance, and human resources.
- He/She will be responsible for farming/hunting new accounts through his CXO connects/relationship or through his Sales/Account Management team

- Up to date with the market trends and competitor products to align product road maps and sales forecasting
- Owning and driving customer relationships and CSAT.
- 18-24 yrs of progressive engineering and sales responsibilities in B2B SaaS Software/Cloud provider organizations growing up to the head of Sales in a major region or product segment.
- Should have handled over $100m in regional or segment SW (license or consumption) revenues
- Effective leadership for overseeing a business unit
- Critical in leadership is the ability to pinpoint challenges and create effective solutions.
- Adaptable to changing market conditions and competitive dynamics.
- An expert in building and maintaining client relationships and partner eco systems
- A catalyst for operational improvements and resource optimization
