Business Head - ISP Provider - IIM/ISB/XLRI/FMS/MDI Tier A ( 1999-2005 Batches)

We have been retained to hire a Business Head for a leader in digital and entertainment communications industry.

Must be a Premier Institute alumnus from between 2000 to 2004 batches.

The role is responsible for :

Setting up the business in a new market ( delhi/ncr).

Create the working plans and drive achievement of the planned financial performance.

Handle a large team of Sales/BD managers to set up client acquisition.

Lead the business unit with in depth Sales/Marketing, Service Delivery, Technical and commercial functions.

Manage relationships with external and internal stake holders, including Govt, various departments, etc.

The Person :

Proven leadership position with 12+ years in an extremely competitive B2C environment.

1999-2005 Premier Institute alumnus only.

Prefer candidates from FMCG/Consumer durable/ Telecom/DTH /Logistics/ e-Commerce

Must have handled P&L responsibility including 5+ years with complete responsibilities for all functions.
