Job Description - The Head - Investment Solutions will be responsible for identifying and implementing strategies to expand the lnvestments business (primarily grow the existing MF & Deposits business, followed by other retail & institutional cross-sell financial products)

Our client is a leading player in the Banking & Financial Services industry, with a substantial presence in Retail Lending, Leasing, Financing & Investments in Mumbai

Description

- Lead the vital vision of the overall objective of the company, focusing to diversify liabilities portfolio of the Balance sheet

- The role contributes to direct revenues via liability investment products (FD spreads, Mutual Funds & other investment products) via cross sell & new business opportunities

- Spread PAN across channels (D2C, IFA & National Distributors, Digital Partnerships etc) & increasing distribution reach to scale volumes in line with overall business plan & channel mix

- Own the P&L to operate business within limited Opex

- Along with core line of business, the role also demands focus on strengthening cross-sell of third party products distribution to build fee lines

Profile

A successful 'Head - Investment Solutions' should have:

- Should possess at least 15 -18 years of experience driving business (product + distribution) across deposits, MF & other retail investment products (direct / cross-sell)

- Should have had stable career stints across reputed NBFCs / Banks catering to retail investors

- Should have an experience in setting up as well as growing the liability business channels (D2C, IFA, digital partnerships etc) for owned & third-party products
