Business Head - ACT (an Internet & Cable service provider)

Purpose of the Role :

- To effectively Manage Team and ensure 100% achievement of business KPI's

Role Description :

- Achieving sales & revenue targets every month.

- Reducing the churn % and positive contribution towards net additions

- Ensuring 100% network up-time and on time complaints resolution.

- Ensuring the complaints received by the Customer Service team is resolved and closing the TT's as per the TAT.

- Network health check and up gradation as and when required.

Education Work Experience :

- A BE with an MBA preferred

- Experience in telecom preferred but not mandatory; candidates from FMCG/FMCD/Paints can also apply.

- Experience in a managerial role handling large teams

- Ability to handle handle multi functional projects

- Must possess Strong interpersonal abilities and project management skills

- Must have Strong negotiation, communication & presentation skills
