Business Head - B2B (Luxury space) International
About the Role :
- He/She will be reporting into the Business Head in India & the MD in Switzerland. The incumbent needs to be able to work as an effective part of a team while providing leadership and direction.
- This means that they need strong leadership, teamwork and communication skills. They also need to be able to motivate others so that they will support new business strategies and objectives.
- Part of their work also involves developing new business relationships, so it's important that the incumbent has good customer service skills as well.
Responsibilities :
- Analyzing and expanding business operations toward sustained growth.
- Monitoring revenue streams and identifying opportunities to increase profitability.
- Evaluating and improving sales, marketing, and branding strategies.
- Identifying and developing new lines of business based on consumer behavior.
- Performing competitor analysis toward obtaining an increased market share.
- Developing client relationships and strengthening industry partnerships.
- Identifying new clients by researching and creating networking opportunities.
- Negotiating and closing business deals that promote sustained revenue.
- Liaising with Sales, Marketing, and Management to align strategies aimed at increasing revenue.
Qualifications & skills :
- Post Graduate/MBA from a reputed school
- 10-12 Years of experience as a Sales & Marketing Professional
- Strong P&L Management Skills
- Strong on International Relations
- Customer Relationship Management
- Strong understanding of B2B Space
- Comfort to understand Technology /Machinery (and with numbers)
- Entrepreneurial Spirit
- Right attitude with an aptitude to drive businesses
- Energetic, Strong Communication Skills , Empathetic
- Willingness to learn and evolve with Business Dynamics
