Job Title : Business Head - International Sales
Job Location : Kolkata
Reporting Structure: Will report to CEO
Job Context & Purpose : Torero does a large majority of its business from International markets. The 'Business Head' plays a leadership role in building & growing Torero's international business.
Job Deliverables/Key Result Areas:
- Strong management of the Business Unit P&L
- Identifying Sales Partners & Agents; pitching, negotiating & contracting with them
- Supporting Partners in establishing & growing our business within their region
- Maintaining excellent Partner relations, become most preferred Partner
- Strong management of the business Leads Pipeline, keeping it always full
- Leading team for high performance
- Competent use & advocacy of CRM Tools
Required Work Experience Range: 8 - 15 years
Potential Career Path (Next Role in 18-30 month timeline) : Global Head - International Sales
