- Define, execute and deliver the business strategic plans & expansion strategies into International markets
- Conceptualize and implement international Business Development strategies by assessing the competitive scenario in the global market & the prevalent trends.
- Provide tactical business solutions, spearhead market mapping and product positioning initiatives and planning /managing resources most optimally.
- New Customer acquisition, drive ROI from business plans
- Drive volume, revenue and efficiencies through appropriate marketing channels
- Provide leadership, develop high performance leaders and implement innovative practices.
- Conducts in-depth market research to qualify developing business opportunities; leverages industry contacts for strategic intelligence; and assesses the viability of potential future proposal efforts, business partnerships or international business opportunities.
- Contributes to the development of policies and procedures to enhance the company's International business development practices.
- Participates in target/bid reviews and provides ongoing feedback to senior management on the status of capture efforts and the viability of continued investment of time and resources in developing business opportunities.
- Collaborates with the Team in designing an effective strategy for proposal development. Helps ensure successful transition from capture phase to proposal process.
- Enhance awareness and visibility about the organization in various international forums
